Return policy
We gladly accept returns for unused regular priced items in the original condition.
To return your item, contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@egloop.com, and ship your item back within 30 days of delivery to
EGLOOP 104-878 Gilford Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6G 2N6.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning the item, and ensuring the receipt of your returned item at our address by using a trackable shipping service.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a shipping cost, which has initially been waived under our free shipping policy, will be deducted from your refund and the remaining credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
